What materials are the Cross and Rings made of?
The Cross and Rings are hand crafted out of wood, some versions stained color, with gold enameled wood rings. They are mounted on wooden bases and also on various plastic bases.
What does the price include?
The price listed includes the price of the Cross and Rings selection and includes sales tax where applicable. The price does not include shipping and handling.
What are the shipping and handling charges / times?
The shipping and handling charges are shown on the purchase page or cart and are fixed at $12.75 for the first item ordered. There is a discount for multiple items going to the same address. However, due to the simplicity of the website, we cannot simply accomodate this in the cart, so we will issue a refund before shipping. (Read below for Multiple Item Orders.) We regret that the shipping costs are so high but we are at the mercy of higher costs these days but will discount and refund for multiple items. We use USPS Priorty Mail services. We will send out within 1-3 business days, but try to send the next business day after order. USPS times are reliable and estimated 2-3 days after sending.
Multiple Item Orders: The base fixed rate for Priority Mail of $12.75 will be added for the first item, and for each additional item there will be a charge of only $3.00. We cannot do this automatically through our simple website. So the full amount will initially be charged, and to accomodate this discount, we will refund the difference to your payment account before shipping.
Ordering Options: If you have additional time to receive your order, we can INVOICE your order with exact shipping fees for Multiple Item Orders. This may add an additional day or two before shipping, but will avoid a need for a shipping discount refund.
What about Out-of-Stock or special orders?
We can take an order for an out-of-stock item or a special order. Please email or call us. For rush orders, please use the telephone and we can tell you if it is possible. A restock or special order (custom version) may take up to 2 weeks, since the Cross and Rings are hand crafted.
What about returns?
We accept returns within 10 days, post paid, if you are not pleased with the Cross and Rings. Please contact us by email or phone before returning and we will work with you to fix the problem or arrange for a refund.
